Hey Apollonia,
I'm assuming you want to know how you wrap at night. Here are a couple of links:
In this link, Isis has natural hair but her technique is one I'm familiar with. You see her wrapping and combing out here.

This technique involves Saran wrap, however several women I know rave about the silky texture after the wrap.

Finally, this technique shows the use of pins as you wrap. If you're a beginner or if you have thick, heavy hair pins will be your friend.
